On July 18, 2025, we visited “Tanpopo-No-Ye” and the “Good Job! Center Kashiba” in Nara Prefecture, both of which support people with disabilities.
The Art Center HANA of Tampopo-No-Ye, which has a history of more than 50 years, and the Good Job! Center Kashiba, built by Tampopo-No-Ye in 2017, allow people with a wide range of disabilities to make use of their facilities.
The works created here range from highly individual and expressive artworks to products developed in collaboration with well-known brands.
Both the members who use the facilities and the staff left us with an impression of warmth, openness, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Tampopo no Ie is also planning the 50th Anniversary Wataboshi Music Festival on August 3rd.
(The music festival itself also has a 50-year history!)
