We are honored to have provided on-site support as staff for a project commissioned by the NPO ORIGAMI in Chiba Prefecture this year.
Para-trip is an event where people from all walks of life enjoy a day together, including those who cannot normally go out easily due to disabilities. This year’s fourth annual event was held on October 19, 2024, at Inage Beach in Chiba Prefecture, with a total of 342 people participating in the excursion, which included participation in/watching a para-triathlon.
In Para-Trip, people with disabilities and student volunteers will go sightseeing and participate in events together.
It’s a wonderful opportunity for everyone to share the joy of a short “trip.” Let’s enjoy lunch together, play together, and chat together.
Come and experience the “best ordinary” moments and build friendships that you’ll cherish.

I was on the medical team but thankfully, no one got sick or was injured, and everyone seemed to enjoy the event in good health.
